A container booking requires a commercial invoice, packing list, export declaration, and cargo details including dimensions and weight. For hazardous goods, additional safety data sheets and permits are required. Our documentation team guides you through every requirement before the booking is confirmed.

Changes and cancellations are subject to the shipping line terms and conditions. We recommend informing us as early as possible to minimise any amendment fees or penalties. Our team will liaise with the carrier on your behalf and advise you on the best course of action.
